Florida Appeals Court Strikes Down Ban on Concealed Carry for Young Adults
The state attorney general, James Uthmeier, had declined to defend the nearly 40-year-old ban on 18- to 20-year-olds carrying concealed weapons. He celebrated the ruling on Wednesday.
