Doctor on Pope Leo's lung cancer diagnosis: "Don't have to be a smoker in order to get lung cancer"
The Vatican says that Pope Leo XIV has been diagnosed with lung cancer, but is recovering as expected from a surgery to remove a nodular lesion on his lung. CBS News' Chris Livesay reports, plus Dr. Jonathan LaPook comments on the Pope's health.
